Privacy Policy
What Toolory collects, why, and what we don't do with it.
Last updated September 2026
Toolory sells small, self-contained business tools. We have deliberately kept the amount of personal data involved as small as possible. This policy explains what that means in practice. It is written to be readable rather than exhaustive; if you have a question it does not answer, email hello@toolory.com.
What we collect
- Purchase details. When you buy a tool, our payment processor handles your card details — we never see or store them. We retain your email address and which tool you bought so we can deliver it and provide support.
- Support correspondence. If you email us, we keep that thread so we can help and follow up.
- Basic analytics. We may collect aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics (page views, referrers) to understand what is useful. We do not build advertising profiles.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We do not require an account, and we do not track you across other websites.
- The tools themselves run without sending your business data back to us.
Cookies
The marketing site uses only the cookies required to function and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@toolory.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where required by law, within any statutory deadline.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify buyers by email.
