Terms of Use
The agreement covering the Toolory website and the tools you buy from it.
Last updated September 2026
These terms cover your use of the Toolory website and any tool you purchase. Buying a tool means you accept them. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
License
When you buy a tool, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use it within a single business that you own or work for. You may:
- Use the tool for that business's commercial work, including for your own clients.
- Make internal copies and backups for that business.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the tool or its templates as your own product.
- Share your copy with unrelated businesses or the public.

Payment and refunds
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once. Because tools are delivered digitally and can be copied, we handle refunds case by case — if a tool does not do what its page describes, tell us within 14 days and we will make it right or refund you.
Updates
Buyers receive updates we publish for a tool they own at no extra cost. We are not obliged to add specific features, and we may retire a tool, in which case existing buyers keep the last released version.
Disclaimer
Toolory tools support your decisions; they do not replace professional judgement. Calculations, estimates and supplier information are provided in good faith but without warranty of accuracy for your specific situation. You are responsible for checking outputs before relying on them in bids, contracts or filings.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Toolory's total liability for any claim relating to a tool is limited to the amount you paid for that tool. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
